The Glens Falls Kennel Club held its second and final AKC Rally Trial of the year on November 12-13, 2022. Nicola Gosselin and Maria Barnum tried their hand as Trial Co-Chairs for the first time, and we had a very successful trial. We also lucked out and had good weather, so the atmosphere both outside and in was happy and relaxed. Dogs and their partners were in great spirits and we had lots of new titles, laughs, good cheer, and good food provided by the Club members and some of the competitors.
Judge Robin Boelho gave us fun and flowing courses, and judged with good spirits, handing out many kind words of praise and advice as well as ribbons! We thank her and all of our Club members who worked diligently to build the courses, check in the competitors, score and time the runs, keep the line flowing by gating both inside and outside of the building, and organizing all of the contributions of food for the potluck.
